Português The AIRLESS R500 equipment is the years experienced result of the plastic reinforced industry.
A compact and light external mixing gun, which eliminates the solvent use, combined with a high performance roving cutter, reaching a 9kg/min out put (resin-glass).
Easy conversion, in wet-out system through the trigger selector position, which interrupts the roving cutter use.
A special tip which dispenses the catalyst in two jets, integrated by low pressure air, in the resin flow.
The tips rotational system (360°) allows the operator to change the spray in seconds, from vertical to horizontal.
It presents a unique instant starting catalyst system, without pressure stabilization necessity through the special valve which supplies catalyst simultaneously and air atomization in the gun.
