T-7/4S – POLYURETHANE DISPENSING MACHINE BI-DENSITY & TPM-30/60 -STATIONARY MOULDS CARRIER

High accuracy polyurethane dosing unit specially developed for serial production of shoes soles in polyurethane which needs different uses systems of raw materials or for bi-density soles production. High dosage accuracy, proportion and out-put allied to commands through the programmable logic control (PLC), allowing the components change, which are being dispensed, making possible to have in line such different items like trainers inter-soles/safety shoes soles. Sequential or alternated dispense of different raw materials and colors alternance is possible when coupled to the color unit.

METERING UNIT

  • mixing head for four components with pneumatic command;
  • dynamic mixer operated by the electric motor and mixer chamber with refrigeration;
  • each component is metered by a high precision positive displacement gear pump driven by its individual motor;
  • speed variation controlled by the frequency converters operated by the keyboard with digital rpm display;constant recirculation of each component through the pumps, mixing head and material reservoirs;
  • materials tanks (300l/each) jacketed and thermostatically controlled and equipped with low speed agitator;
  • maximum / minimum level sensor with automatic refill through the transfer pump;
  • command by the programmable logic control (PLC) gifted of a last generation micro processor, condensing time (pre-injection, injection, cleaning cycle – pause/solvent/air), temperature control, supplying data of dispensing and flushing and working as facts fountains;
  • liquid crystal display of two lines and sixteen characters showing alpha-numerical message such as variable of time control, temperature and the mould to be dispense
  • synoptic panel with operating keyboard, shows line pressure material (digital indication) and visual indication of the electric/mechanical components in use;
  • pressure indicator with safety contact for dispense monitoring and recirculation of each components line;
  • machine/moulds-carrier interconnection and absolute encoder lets PLC know which mould is being filled, moulds quantity, raw material type, color, dispensing time, opening and closing mould time;
  • mixing head mounted single button for command of dispense of the pre-selected material into the mould (system/color/time);
  • central tower with rotary mast and arm with pneumatic system to control the head vertical movement for fast and easy positioning of mixing head;
  • auxiliar emergency flushing system.

MOULDS CARRIER

  • Six module moulds-carrier of 6 positions for 6 feet/six pairs (double moulds);
  • regulable height for fast adjust depending on the mould;
  • quick change system mould (optional);
  • heating plate for each place; temperature control, moulds closed and opened by the control;
  • basic versions with 24, 30, 36 or 42 places (TPM-24/48, TPM-30/60, TPM-36/72, TPM-42/84);
  • optional version with sixty positions (TPM-60/120);
  • dispensing system through the moulds-carrier internal or external side as required.
